Our client is a leading manufacturer serving highly regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical markets, working behind the scenes to support the safe and reliable use of critical products.

About Your New Job

  • Lead quality improvement activities using structured problem-solving and project management methods.
  • Analyse customer complaints, quality costs, waste, and process performance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, review, and ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support process validation, inspection planning, and capability studies to improve product and process quality.
  • Work collaboratively across teams while promoting safe working practices and adherence to Health & Safety policies.

What Skills You Need

  • Relevant third-level qualification in science or engineering; Lean/Six Sigma and quality certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience working in an ISO 13485:2016 certified manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a quality department, with strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality excellence.
