About Your New Job
As the Quality Engineer, you will:
- Manage Customer Complaints: Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide Training: Facilitate training sessions to enhance knowledge and engagement with Quality Management practices such as QA, Kaizen, and OPL.
- Engage in Strategic Meetings: Participate in OGSM and management review meetings to align quality objectives with organizational goals.
- Conduct Equipment Calibration: Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and serviced regularly.
- Test Samples and Maintain Records: Test samples, enter results, and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
- Raise SCARs: Raise Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) when necessary.
- Ensure Product Conformity: Ensure finished goods meet high-quality standards.
- Handle Non-Conformity Management: Manage non-conformities to maintain a continuous improvement process.
- Coordinate Continuous Improvement: Work with teams to implement continuous improvement through Kaizen and quality alerts.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in Quality Management: Proven experience in managing quality processes and customer complaints.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to provide effective training and engage in strategic meetings.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records and ensuring product conformity.
