About Your New Job
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality and food safety activities across the site.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading HACCP/TACCP activities and supporting BRCGS/customer audits
- Ensuring GMP, SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained across production
- Conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance trends, and implementing corrective actions
- Managing quality documentation, traceability exercises, and production checks
- Supporting and mentoring teams to drive a strong food safety culture throughout the business
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience within Quality or Technical Management in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP, and food safety systems
- Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
