About Your New Job

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality and food safety activities across the site.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading HACCP/TACCP activities and supporting BRCGS/customer audits
  • Ensuring GMP, SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained across production
  • Conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance trends, and implementing corrective actions
  • Managing quality documentation, traceability exercises, and production checks
  • Supporting and mentoring teams to drive a strong food safety culture throughout the business

What Skills You Need

  • Previous experience within Quality or Technical Management in food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP, and food safety systems
  • Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
