About Your New Job
As a Qualified Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting production operations in a busy food manufacturing environment.
You will:

  • Carry out electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair on production machinery.
  • Support and maintain PLC-controlled and automated systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with installations and coordinate with external contractors when required.


What Skills You Need

  • Recognised Industrial Electrical qualification (National Craft Certificate or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.s
