About Your New Job
- Document Management: Process site-controlled documents on the site Document Control System and approve document change controls, establishing document effective dates.
- Training and Support: Train and support other staff members on the implementation of global improvements and the use of the Document Control System.
- Inspection Readiness: Support inspection readiness for the site and prepare for upcoming inspections.
- Quality Metrics: Examine the quality metrics related to the Document Control System and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the quality team.
- Document Control: Maintain the site's document store, control and issue controlled document numbers, and escalate any potential issues.
What Skills You Need
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Experience with QMS and EDMS Systems: Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is desirable.
- Excel and Metrics Generation: Proficiency in Excel and experience in metrics generation is desirable.
