About Your New Job

Currently seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join their Dublin team, this is a key administrative role supporting the property management team across a wide range of areas including daily operations, tenancy issues and the collection of data, document preparation, and the processing and management of internal systems to ensure data is always relevant and accurate. An ability to work with numbers and communicate administrative issues to your colleagues will make you an excellent addition to the team.

 

What Skills You Need

 

  • Work closely with the Property Management team to provide an excellent level of administrative support across their residential properties
  • Update tenant records to ensure data is beneficial to the Property Management team
  • Track rental market data and tenant information accurately
  • Issue rent review notices according to legislative standards
  • Manage and maintain RTB registrations and tenancy updates
  • Ensure documentation is recorded to the highest level of detail including; lease documentation, templates and reports
  • Previous experience using property management software
  • Knowledge of RTB and Rent Pressure Zone legislation
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • At least 2 years of experience in detailed administrative work, preferably within the property sector
