About Your New Job

  • As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple energy and decarbonisation projects across industrial facilities, managing all stages from scoping and design to procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Oversee cross-disciplinary project teams and coordinate contractors, stakeholders, equipment vendors, and internal engineering resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation using tools such as MS Dynamics, while keeping detailed documentation and providing progress reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement.

 

What Skills You Need

  • 8+ years of project management experience in energy, industrial, utilities, or capital project environments.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline); PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Technical proficiency with mechanical/electrical systems and decarbonisation or utility infrastructure.
  • Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control expertise.
  • Experience with contractor and vendor management, contract administration (NEC, FIDIC or bespoke terms).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
