Mechanical Project Manager - Cork - Up to €95,000 per annum + Company Vehicle

The Work
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently. You will oversee projects from design through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Agreeing on project objectives and managing site teams.
- Coordinating labour and managing project budgets.
- Attending site meetings and maintaining high-level contractual communication.
- Representing client interests and conducting risk assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety systems and procedures.
- Monitoring sub-contractors for adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
- Handling monthly forecasting, contract reviews, applications, and invoicing.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage large mechanical, plumbing, and heating contracts.
- A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships.
- Leadership qualities and a strategic mindset.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
