About Your New Role
As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a major new residential scheme—a €21 million development of 80 premium units. You will manage every phase of the project from initiation through to completion, maintaining control over quality, timelines, and budgets.
Your main duties include:
- Leading the on-site team and managing all site activities to ensure smooth operation and effective resource allocation.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet key milestones.
- Regularly monitoring progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring top standards in safety and quality.
- Conducting and chairing project meetings, providing clear direction and comprehensive reporting to senior management.
- Upholding all statutory and company health & safety and quality benchmarks throughout the build.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in large-scale residential or commercial construction.
- Degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong background in supervising multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-value projects.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, project planning, and delivery standards.
