About Your New Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing a significant project in the Midwest region. You will manage all phases of the project from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained onsite.

Your main duties include:

• Leading the project team and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Chairing meetings, providing clear direction, and reporting to senior management.
• Ensuring health, safety, and quality policies are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager in construction or engineering environments.
• Relevant project management or engineering qualification.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, best practice, and quality standards.
