About Your New Job
- As Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial catering and laundry fit-outs—including technical oversight, on-site leadership, resource planning, and strategic execution.
- You’ll establish project governance from initiation to closure, ensuring clear scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Liaise with sales and operations to deliver in line with agreed frameworks; manage project plans and stakeholder expectations, and ensure any scope change is properly documented.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing support and challenging management decisions as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to guarantee projects are delivered safely, to specification, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company quality standards, reporting on project milestones and managing commercial risk.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related construction/project management role.
- Deep understanding of construction project delivery, commercial acumen with cost control, budget management, and financial reporting experience.
- Experience with procurement, contract administration, supply chain management, and working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings.
- Understanding of commercial kitchen and/or laundry design, foodservice equipment, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, ventilation, drainage, and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, high accountability, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
