About Your New Job
- As Project Manager, you will deliver complex engineered-to-order projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- You’ll lead the project handover process, initiate new projects, define scope, align stakeholders, assess risks, and baseline planning.
- You’ll act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong engagement and transparent project communication.
- Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and resource utilisation—take full responsibility for successful delivery.
- Coordinate design reviews, procurement, acceptance testing, and ensure compliance with best documentation practices.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in equipment, engineering, or regulated manufacturing, ideally Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent knowledge of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, and structured delivery (PMI/APM/Prince2 desirable).
- Proven experience with client engagement, managing budgets, schedules, risks, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills; highly self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Formal Project Management qualification (PMP, APM, Prince2) is a plus.
