About Your New Job

  • As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the comprehensive management of one large project or multiple sites, ensuring effective implementation of company processes and procedures.
  • You will liaise with key stakeholders including clients, sub-contractors, engineers, foremen, and quantity surveyors.
  • You will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning and design development through execution to successful handover.
  • You will lead and manage design teams, sub-contractors, and operational staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • You will maintain rigorous compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements, reinforcing a safety-first culture on-site.
  • You will be responsible for weekly work programmes, progress reports, and chairing management meetings, while ensuring alignment with commercial and budgetary objectives.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree or Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Progression from a Senior Engineer role to Project Manager level.
  • Essential: Insitu frame experience, with knowledge of civil works and construction methods.
  • Trade qualification or practical construction experience.
  • Proven experience in project management within construction or civil engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
