About Your New Job
- As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing the full scope of construction projects, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, programme, and commercial goals.
- You will coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements, while managing resources to keep projects on schedule.
- Your duties include handling quality control throughout the lifecycle of each project, keeping documentation up to date, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and BC(A)R regulations.
- You will collaborate closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and your project team, reporting progress through Project Management Software and updating key milestones with senior management.
What Skills You Need
- Third level qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Engineering background is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, advise on project value and risks, and multitask core management duties.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and computer skills, with a good knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Motivated, collaborative, and committed to career development.
