About Your New Job

  • Create and manage the project portfolio with senior management, prioritizing projects and defining deliverables, timelines, resources, and alignment with R&D activities.
  • Lead the full lifecycle development of diagnostic products, from R&D through clinical validation and commercial manufacturing, managing plans, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and integrate assay development with hardware/software systems to deliver high-quality, user-focused diagnostic solutions.
  • Maintain quality and regulatory documentation, lead design reviews, manage risks, and oversee budgets to ensure performance, compliance, and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Serve as the key liaison with external partners, including stakeholders, suppliers, clinical trial sites and supporting scale-up and successful product delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in life sciences, medical devices, or animal health, supported by a degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
  • Understanding of lateral flow manufacturing, electronic reader functionality, and familiarity with diagnostic regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in PMP, Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies, with strong budgeting, risk mitigation, negotiation, and scope/timeline management skills.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders, translate technical concepts, and adapt in fast-paced innovation projects.
