About Your New Job
As the Project Manager you will be:
- Leading day-to-day site operations, coordinating activities across all project phases to deliver on time, safely, and to a high standard.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety management systems and all client site rules, and managing full adherence to safety and quality procedures (including PSCS responsibility where appointed).
- Overseeing the preparation and approval of RAMS, conducting staff inductions, chairing progress meetings, and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Maintaining meticulous site records, managing project schedules, preparing reports, and supporting audits and EHS close-outs.
- Liaising with site staff, client design teams, and sub-contractors, and managing technical submittals, RFIs, variations, and handover documentation.
- Supporting project close-out by identifying and addressing snags and non-conformances, and ensuring best-in-class finish.
What Skills You Need
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally on complex worksites.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and welfare regulations (incl. Safety, Health and Welfare Construction Regulations 2013, ISO45001:2018).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with proven abilities in schedule and stakeholder management.
- Experience in technical documentation, procurement coordination, and commercial management support.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role
