I'm delighted to be working on a very interesting Service Delivery role with one of our highly sought after clients. This is a full time, permanent role with strong salary and benefits package. Experience in the Aviation industry is a distinct advantage for this role.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services (EMEA), the Project Manager will operate in a fast-paced environment, managing customer contracts and service events while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role involves coordinating technical service activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance and repair services in line with contractual, commercial, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and lead the preparation, negotiation, and conclusion of service contracts.
  • Develop and issue quotations aligned to service offerings and customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout service delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee service events, including scheduling, scope definition, and execution.
  • Liaise with technical teams to define and agree scopes of work, including any changes or additional requirements.
  • Monitor progress of service activities and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Coordinate workload planning and prioritisation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external service providers, ensuring delivery against cost, quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Oversee order management processes and evaluate performance of service activities.
  • Support billing processes, including invoice preparation, release, and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, feedback, and review activities.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or business growth.
  • Participate in and, where required, lead improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Carry out additional duties as required to support business operations.
Person Specification
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage challenging situations.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a competitive environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to identify and address business challenges.
  • Flexible, responsible, and adaptable approach to work.

Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in a technical service, maintenance, or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with structured processes, systems, and performance-driven environments.
  • Strong organisational and process-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to drive improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
