This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract supporting high-impact change programmes.
About Your New Job
- Lead and deliver projects, product launches, and change initiatives end-to-end.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual and maintain strong governance and reporting standards.
What Skills You Need
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- 6+ years’ experience leading change and transformation initiatives in FS or Insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Insurance sector experience, ideally within a cross-border environment.
