About Your New Employer

My Client is a well-established organisation operating across multiple international markets. They are delivering strategic transformation initiatives across technology, processes, and culture. The business operates within a complex, cross-border insurance environment.

This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract supporting high-impact change programmes.

 

About Your New Job

  • Lead and deliver projects, product launches, and change initiatives end-to-end.
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual and maintain strong governance and reporting standards.

 

What Skills You Need

  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • 6+ years’ experience leading change and transformation initiatives in FS or Insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Insurance sector experience, ideally within a cross-border environment.
