About Your New Job
- As a Project Engineer, you will support technical energy audits and surveys, leading the implementation of energy efficiency projects for industrial manufacturing sites.
- You’ll handle mechanical/electrical design of innovative energy solutions for systems such as chillers, HVAC, heat pumps, and utilities plant rooms.
- Collaborate with client sites and internal teams to develop and deliver leading-edge design solutions for climate action.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality project work, managing project team performance to meet key metrics for budget, schedule, and energy targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in sectors such as food, dairy, pharmaceutical, biopharma, and healthcare, and coordinate with contractors and technology partners.
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, ideally within industrial/large-scale manufacturing facilities.
- Proficient with MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of building regulations, CIBSE/ASHRAE design codes, and relevant health and safety legislation.
- Educated to third level in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil, building services, or related field).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities with a proactive, can-do approach.
