About Your New Job
- Lead projects from design through to construction.
- Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Carry out site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Manage project programmes, documentation, and team coordination.
What You Need
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an Project Architect
- Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing
- Experience delivering projects through construction and site inspections
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with local authority approvals
- Proficient in Revit
Salary & Benefits
- €65,000 to €75,000 DOE.
