About Your New Job

  • As a Project Architect, you will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of residential and commercial projects across all RIAI Work Stages.
  • You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities, ensuring each project meets client, regulatory, and programme requirements.
  • Your role includes coordinating design documentation, supporting projects through planning, construction, and completion, and resolving technical challenges on-site.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Architect, ideally with residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Registered Architect with proven experience running projects through all RIAI Work Stages.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
  • Skilled at coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Experience in site inspections and supporting projects during the construction phase.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows; excellent communication and organisational skills.
