The Work
As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects by keeping information organised, accurate and up to date.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and operational teams.
- Maintain project records, trackers, databases and documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions.
- Support project mobilisation, reporting and document control activities to keep projects running smoothly.
- Manage subcontractor, supplier and project information, ensuring data is captured and maintained correctly.
- Ensure thorough record-keeping and adherence to company procedures and compliance requirements.
The Person
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-focused and confident working within a busy project delivery environment.
- Experience in project, contracts or construction administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable, keen to learn and able to build positive working relationships across the business.
