Project Admin – Wrike

Cork – 11.5 mth contract

About Your New Job

  • Wrike project structure: Build out and maintain the hierarchy and structure of the project space in Wrike based on requirements defined by BPR leadership.
  • Wrike expertise: Be a subject matter expert with Wrike, understand and establish best practices, and help drive process/tool adoption.
  • Program data health: Monitor data health and identify gaps or out-of-date content that requires updating. Follow up with the relevant task owner(s) to drive completion.
  • Dashboards: Support the creation of leadership view dashboards tailored to specific user requirements, allowing stakeholders to view activities through different lenses such as region, time period, product, feature, or partner.
  • Communication: Support program communication processes by exposing core program data to select audiences or creating stakeholder-facing communications as needed.
  • Insights: Support the identification of program insights based on data sets that can help improve future decision-making.
  • Project support: Support specific NextGen projects as needed, such as the creation of project documentation.

What Skills You Need

  • Wrike proficiency: Experience with Wrike project management software.
  • Project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, dashboards, and calendars.
  • Organisational skills: Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify risks and bottlenecks and find solutions.

Required Experience

  • Cross-functional project support: Proven experience supporting cross-functional, complex technology projects.
  • Diverse team collaboration: Experience working effectively within diverse, dispersed teams across multiple geographical locations is helpful.
