About Your New Job

• Lead the centralisation of the finance function: Ensure consistent reporting and streamlined processes across multiple entities.
• Drive the implementation of a new payroll system: Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure a seamless transition.
• Standardise financial processes and procedures: Enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all companies.
• Support management accounting activities: Assist with month-end, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Assist with financial controls and reconciliations: Provide supporting documentation as part of the finance centralisation project.
• Provide guidance to finance staff: Support the transition of processes and systems.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in finance management:
• Some project accounting or transformation experience 
• Excellent analytical skills: Ability to conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
