About Your New Job

  • As the Program Manager, you will develop strong relationships with key internal customers, ensuring their needs are met and acting as their advocate.
  • You will coordinate collaborative development activity with design groups, both locally and remotely, integrating activities across multiple functions for seamless delivery of new programs.
  • You will lead new product development, introduction, and support, managing production preparation, procurement, product introduction plans, and compliance with licensing regulations.
  • You will oversee programs throughout their lifecycle, including obsolescence planning and after-market support, while monitoring program costs, schedules, KPIs, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • You will ensure clear communication of program status to all parties, actively participate in group meetings, generate reports, and collaborate with other site functions (Finance, Operations, etc.).

What Skills You Need

  • University Degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline OR 5 to 10 years of electronics and Project Management experience.
  • Additional courses in business, general management, project management, or leadership skills are an advantage.
  • Experience leading geographically spread multi-disciplinary teams, production processes within electronics facilities, and product development cycles for electronic products.
  • Good leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize, and systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Willingness to travel to Europe, Asia, and the US as required.
