About Your New Job

  • As the Program Manager, you will drive a high-profile, multiyear automation program composed of medium-to-high complexity projects in a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment.
  • You will coordinate multiple Project Managers to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery, reporting directly to senior stakeholders.
  • Your role includes overseeing project execution, preparing and submitting Capital Funding Requests, and managing regular progress reporting, risk analysis, and schedule validation using MS Project.
  • You will ensure program management best practices and governance are always in place for optimum program delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience managing medium-to-high complexity programs with significant, multiyear budgets—ideally within manufacturing or MedTech.
  • Demonstrated success leading automation initiatives and coordinating multiple Project Managers.
  • Strong governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination experience in GMP-regulated/CAPEX automation projects.
  • Proven proficiency in Capital Funding Requests and MS Project (schedule validation and analysis).
  • Experience in Equipment Install and Validate IQ, OQ, PQ within a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
  • PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred.
