The Work
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Lead Major CAPEX Automation Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and capital investment programs within a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee engineering, validation, quality, operations, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee Project Budgets and Timelines: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing risk and governance reporting.
- Drive Equipment Specification and Validation: Handle procurement, FAT/SAT, installation, and validation activities.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to GMP, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Coordinate with Leadership: Work closely with site leadership and global stakeholders.
- Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address technical and operational risks.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 10+ years in project/program management within MedTech or Life Sciences manufacturing.
- Track Record: Proven experience delivering large CAPEX automation projects.
- Vendor Management: Strong experience managing third-party automation vendors and system integrators.
- GMP-Regulated Environments: Familiarity with GMP standards.
- Validation Processes: Understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and commissioning processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification desirable.
