The Work

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead Major CAPEX Automation Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and capital investment programs within a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee engineering, validation, quality, operations, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee Project Budgets and Timelines: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing risk and governance reporting.
  • Drive Equipment Specification and Validation: Handle procurement, FAT/SAT, installation, and validation activities.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to GMP, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with Leadership: Work closely with site leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address technical and operational risks.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in project/program management within MedTech or Life Sciences manufacturing.
  • Track Record: Proven experience delivering large CAPEX automation projects.
  • Vendor Management: Strong experience managing third-party automation vendors and system integrators.
  • GMP-Regulated Environments: Familiarity with GMP standards.
  • Validation Processes: Understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and commissioning processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification desirable.
