Production Supervisor

This is a permanent, 4 shift cycle role – Days & Nights

About Your New Job

  • Organise and oversee daily production activities, including shift planning, operator allocation, and machine performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with all production procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Materials, HR, etc.) to support efficient operations.
  • Monitor production data, including reporting, scrap recording, and system updates (IQMS).
  • Lead and support team development through training, performance management, and attendance oversight.
  • Participate in problem-solving processes, including non-conformance reviews and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in a regulated production environment with 3-5 years supervisory experience.
  • Level 6+ certification in a supervisory/technical field is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of production management, quality standards, health & safety, and mould change/start-up processes
  • Proficient in IQMS with excellent communication, organisation, and ability to motivate and appraise staff, maintaining high ethical standards
