About Your New Job
- Production Scheduling: Create master schedules to establish sequence and lead time of production in association with the operations team.
- Order Management: Update work order status within 24 hours of order receipt or release from hold.
- Quality Control Collaboration: Work with Quality Control to verify formulas and batch sizes for production.
- Inventory Management: Prepare purchase requisitions for raw materials and packaging materials, and maintain inventory.
- Operations Support: Provide the operations department with the necessary materials for next-day production.
What Skills You Need
- Familiarity with production and inventory procedures.
- Understanding of both demand and forecast planning.
- Good at mathematical calculations.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Proficient with computer software programs & Excel.
