Production Planner
(Fixed-Term Contract to End of 2026)
We are seeking an organised and analytical Production Planner to support production scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity
- Analyse material availability, labour, and logistics to optimise production plans
- Use ERP systems to manage production planning, labour hours, and inventory
- Coordinate inbound materials and outbound finished goods logistics
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and revenue targets
- Identify process improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives
About You
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage
