Production Operator (Press Brake)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press brake machinery to manufacture tools, equipment, and components from sheet metal or metal plates.
- Prepare, set up, and adjust press brake machines according to production plans and schedules.
- Ensure sufficient raw materials are available for production.
- Measure and align materials accurately for processing.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans and instructions.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to operate press brake machinery.
- Capable of prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
