About Your New Job
As a Production Operative, you will:
- Operate production machinery, pack products, and build pallets to meet daily targets.
- Keep your work area clean and safe by following all safety rules.
- Report safety issues, equipment problems, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Carry out safety checks, hygiene inspections, and other required procedures.
- Work with your team to set up production lines, check product quality, and prepare materials.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing guidelines (GMPs, SOPs).
- Complete paperwork and records accurately.
- Support improvements in production, food hygiene, and housekeeping.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail when inspecting, packing, and labeling products.
- Understanding of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
