The Role
As a Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day operations of the dairy production line. Your duties will include operating production equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with packaging and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment in a dairy processing environment
- Carry out Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and quality checking products
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards desirable
- Ability to follow procedures and work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
