About Your New Job

• As a General Production Operative, you will assemble, test, and package products according to approved procedures and quality standards.
• Support production line set-up, complete batch documentation, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and organization within the production area.
• Accurately complete all required production records and logs in line with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Participate in training, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement activities, working closely with colleagues across Operations, R&D, Product Management, and Engineering.

• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
