About the Role
We are seeking Production Operatives to join our team in a fast paced packaging facility. The role involves working on production lines to package, label, and prepare dairy products for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on production lines packaging dairy products
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as required
- Check products for quality, accuracy, and packaging standards
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with loading, stacking, and moving finished goods
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work shift patterns (shift bonus applies)
- Previous production or food industry experience an advantage but not essential
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
