Job Description

Currently seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator. While the title is administrative, this is a hands-on procurement role within a busy construction environment.

This position is a maternity leave contract until May 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Liaising with Site Foremen regarding material and plant requirements
  • Placing orders with suppliers and managing delivery schedules
  • Following up on orders and resolving supplier queries
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records
  • Supporting the wider Commercial and Procurement team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role
  • Purchasing experience is essential
  • Construction industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team

What’s on Offer

  • Salary circa €40,000 – €42,000
