Job Description
Currently seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator. While the title is administrative, this is a hands-on procurement role within a busy construction environment.
This position is a maternity leave contract until May 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Liaising with Site Foremen regarding material and plant requirements
- Placing orders with suppliers and managing delivery schedules
- Following up on orders and resolving supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate procurement records
- Supporting the wider Commercial and Procurement team
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role
- Purchasing experience is essential
- Construction industry experience is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team
What’s on Offer
