Role Overview

Lead and deliver the country procurement strategy for the company, supporting client supply chain operations and enabling sustainable business growth. This is a high-growth business primarily delivering Facilities Management (FM) and technical services, with responsibility for effective management of Opex and the wider country supply chain infrastructure.

Develop and execute market- and business-specific procurement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, P&L optimisation, cost reduction, quality, risk management, ESG outcomes, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain the company's Excellence Programme to deliver a fit-for-purpose, high-performing supply chain aligned to business strategy

  • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to meet procurement savings targets and broader financial objectives

  • Lead supplier relationship management, driving value, performance, innovation, and supplier consolidation

  • Partner closely with operational leadership to embed best practice across FM and technical services

  • Support client ESG objectives including sustainability, emissions reduction, responsible sourcing, and supplier diversity

  • Lead procurement input into client mobilisations, transitions, renewals, and business development activities

  • Drive adoption of company procurement systems, governance, and risk/onboarding programmes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Commercial, QHSE, Sales, People) to mature procurement capability

  • Build and develop the country procurement team, including succession planning

  • Act as a senior member of Country and Regional Procurement Leadership Teams

About You

  • Senior procurement professional with deep sourcing and supply chain expertise

  • Strong FM and technical services procurement experience (hard services preferred)

  • 12+ years’ procurement experience; degree required, postgraduate qualification preferred

  • Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies in complex, matrix environments

  • Experience leading supplier partner programmes, SRM, and spend leverage initiatives

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and contract management skills

  • Client-facing experience and exposure to business development desirable

  • Track record of delivery, pace, and driving positive business change
