Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver procurement and supply chain strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead and develop the procurement and inventory team
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems
- Drive cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and supply continuity
- Track KPIs and support continuous improvement, sustainability, and compliance
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ procurement management experience
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and lean manufacturing
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience in an international or matrix environment preferred
