About Your New Job

As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production of yoghurt and butter products, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

  • Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment including pasteurisation, homogenisation, fermentation, and filling systems
  • Control critical production parameters such as temperature, timing, and ingredient ratios to achieve consistent product quality
  • Perform quality checks (pH, temperature, viscosity, appearance) and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
  • Carry out CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and maintain hygiene across production areas
  • Operate butter churning and packing equipment
  • Record production data accurately and report any faults or deviations
  • Support light maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement across the production process

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility for product quality and process performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in dairy or food production/manufacturing
  • Understanding of processing operations such as pasteurisation and fermentation
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work with PLC-controlled equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
