About Your New Job

  • As a Process Engineer, you will provide technical engineering support to Packaging & Labelling Operations, focusing on equipment performance, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
  • Act as system owner for packaging equipment and automation recipes, ensuring uninterrupted supply and compliance with GMP standards.
  • Lead and support investigations, implement equipment updates for new products, and participate in capital projects for area expansion.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and six-sigma methodologies, and coach team members to build technical knowledge.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.

What Skills You Need

  • BA Degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent discipline).
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals or biologics.
  • Strong technical expertise in equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six-sigma, and process improvement tools (DMAIC, SMED, FMEA).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
