About Your New Job
- Lead and manage new process and process improvement projects from conception to completion.
- Generate and analyze data to monitor process/equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Support investigations and root cause analysis of process equipment, utility systems, and control system anomalies.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a regulated GMP/Biotech environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
- Experience with process equipment such as lyophilisers, autoclaves, and tablet presses.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, including SMED, DMAIC, and Green Belt.
