About Your New Job

  • Lead and manage new process and process improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Generate and analyze data to monitor process/equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support investigations and root cause analysis of process equipment, utility systems, and control system anomalies.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a regulated GMP/Biotech environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
  • Experience with process equipment such as lyophilisers, autoclaves, and tablet presses.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, including SMED, DMAIC, and Green Belt.
