About Your New Job
- As a Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer, you will support the external sales team and customers by designing solutions, producing quotations, and providing technical support for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- You will develop expertise in commercial heat pumps, chillers, IT cooling equipment, and AHUs, giving technical guidance on energy efficiency and compliance.
- You will interpret technical requests and specifications, generate compliant designs using various software tools, and maintain project enquiries for demand forecasting.
- You will collaborate closely with after-sales teams for commissioning, service visits, and spare parts support.
What Skills You Need
- Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Design, Sustainability or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- At least 1+ years’ experience in a related technical support or engineering position (motivated early-career candidates also considered).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and Zoho platform is a plus.
- Positive attitude, ability to learn about new products, and genuine interest in supporting customers.
