Our client has over 15 years experience in the plumbing industry carrying out commercial works throughout Kerry, Limerick and the surrounding areas. Carrying out services, repairs, installations and maintenance work on commercial projects in the region.
About Your New Job
You will be tasked with carrying out both the 1st and 2nd fix works on multiple housing projects. The company have multiple residential projects coming up in the North West region which involve tasks such as installing underfloor heating, drainage systems and sanitary fixtures along with the 1st fix, 2nd fix and general maintenance duties.
What Skills You Need
- Be a Trade Qualified Plumber with experience on commercial projects.
- Valid trade certificate, manual handling certificate, and safe pass.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transport.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
What’s on Offer
- A competitive hourly rate which ranges from €27.50 - €28.50 per hour on a PAYE basis.
- Time and a half for hours exceeding 40 per week.
- Steady projects in the Kerry/Limerick region for the foreseeable future
