About Your New Job

As a Personal Assistant & Office Support, you will:

  • Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, prepare meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements, acting as a trusted right-hand to the CEO.
  • Organise and coordinate corporate events, presentations, travel, and group activities, serving as a group leader when required.
  • Collaborate with the wider support team on office management, facilities, supplier relationships, communications, and Health & Safety coordination.
  • Take ownership of tasks while working closely with the Head of People, supporting both the CEO and the functioning of a busy office.
  • Prepare documentation, manage confidential correspondence, and maintain professional filing systems.
  • The role offers progression from Personal Assistant to Executive Assistant status, providing increasing responsibility over time.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (or similar role) with significant diary and travel management duties.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proven organisational and time management capabilities.
  • High levels of discretion, sound judgment, and the confidence to act independently.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Experience in funds or investment management a plus, but not required.
