Performance & Attribution- Associate Director

Our client a leading global financial services client, based central Dublin is looking to recruit a Performance and Attribution-Associate Director to lead the performance attribution function.

The Performance & Attribution- Associate Director is accountable for the global delivery of performance and attribution analysis across equity, fixed income and multi-asset strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-location teams.
  • Oversee the production and analysis of performance, relative returns and attribution analysis for equity, fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Ensure methodologies are investment‑appropriate.
  • Ensure strong controls, governance and documentation around performance data and attribution models are robust.
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Risk, Product and Client
  • Support product development and client due diligence from an attribution perspective.
  • Lead change initiatives.

What Skills You Need in this Job

  • Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 7 years in performance measurement and attribution within an asset management or financial services environment.
  • Experience driving transformation or system enhancement initiatives within a performance or investment analytics function.
  • Proven leadership experience managing global or multi‑location teams.
