Performance & Attribution- Associate Director
Our client a leading global financial services client, based central Dublin is looking to recruit a Performance and Attribution-Associate Director to lead the performance attribution function.
The Performance & Attribution- Associate Director is accountable for the global delivery of performance and attribution analysis across equity, fixed income and multi-asset strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-location teams.
- Oversee the production and analysis of performance, relative returns and attribution analysis for equity, fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.
- Ensure methodologies are investment‑appropriate.
- Ensure strong controls, governance and documentation around performance data and attribution models are robust.
- Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Risk, Product and Client
- Support product development and client due diligence from an attribution perspective.
- Lead change initiatives.
What Skills You Need in this Job
- Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 7 years in performance measurement and attribution within an asset management or financial services environment.
- Experience driving transformation or system enhancement initiatives within a performance or investment analytics function.
- Proven leadership experience managing global or multi‑location teams.
