About Your New Employer

Our client works is within the construction industry, located in Citywest, County Dublin. They are looking for a full-time, experienced People Operations Manager.

This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site each week. Additionally, must be flexible to travel to different job sites across Ireland and internationally on weekly/bi-weekly basis.

About Your New Job

  • Lead and develop a high performing People Operations team across Ireland and the UK
  • Work with HRBPs and cross functional stakeholders to integrate HR strategic initiatives
  • Build a strong team through cross-training, flexible support models, and proactive workload management
  • Own compliance with employment law, GDPR, and EU directives across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure accuracy in HR data and payroll flows
  • Maintain HR systems, validation protocols, and procedural documentation
  • Lead process standardisation, simplification and automation to improve delivery of HR services
  • Enhance digital HR tools and systems to create user-friendly processes.
  • Oversee entire employee life cycle with a focus on compliance and engagement
  • Support ER cases and provide HR support

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 5 years managing a HR Operations team in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional organisation
  • Ideally looking at candidates who have experience with the construction, engineering or related professional services sectors
  • Ability to travel to work sites within Ireland and internationally on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting, data flows and compliance across UK/I and Europe
  • Process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous learning certification is desirable
  • Training in employment law, GDPR or HR Analytics
  • Experience with process mapping such as RACI models
  • Leading Teams through large scale HRIS transformations

What Skills Are Required

  • Third Level Degree in HR or Business
  • CIPD Level 7 or Postgraduate HR qualification
