About Your New Employer

Our client is within the financial and insurance sector located in Dublin 2. They are seeking a full-time People Data and Governance Specialist to join on a 12-month specific purpose contract.

This role would be on a hybrid working model with 2 days working in the office.

About Your New Job

  • Owning people data and reporting, as well as, people governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory processes are controlled.
  • Continuously improving people data, reporting and analytics
  • Producing people data dashboards and reports, while providing concise analysis and identifying trends and risks
  • Deliver metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support organisational and board goals
  • Oversee governance processes such as the Individual Accountability Framework, SEAR, and enhanced Fitness & Probity regime, in partnership with the HR Director
  • Service at the key point of contact for governance related matters for all stakeholders across the organisation
  • Reviewing and streamlining the people data processes and systems from end-to-end
  • Support HR system optimisation and improvements

 

What Skills You Need

  • Strong experience in people data, analytics and reporting
  • Working knowledge of people related governance and regulatory frameworks within a regulated firm or organisation, including IAF, Fitness & Probity and data protection requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of working with complex data sets working within Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data and make recommendations
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
