About Your New Employer
Our client is a company in the construction and prefabrication industry looking for a full-time People Business Partner to serve in a standalone HR role from their Dundalk, Co. Louth location.
This role would be fully onsite, and a suitable candidate would have the flexibility to travel to office locations in Northern Ireland and Dublin.


About Your New Job

  • Lead onboarding, performance management and internal communications and promote culture during all processes to help employees feel connected to the wider company goals
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Play a key role in integrating culture, aligning HR practices and supporting teams across multiple sites
  • Work closely with managers and L&D leaders to provide advice on workforce planning, team development and succession
  • Identify trends in employee feedback or ER activities and recommend solutions 
  • Help drive adoption of consistent performance management processes, learning, and recognition initiatives
  • Partner with the Talent team to support hiring and align on the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and Irish legislation
  • Partner with managers to execute engagement surveys and action plans
  • Support wellbeing, mental health, and DEI initiatives across the regions
  • Use data to inform decision-making and provide analysis on key HR KPIs such as turnover, absence, ER cases, and engagement


What Skills You Need

  • Prior experience as a HRBP or Sr. HR Advisor in a multi-site environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to interpret data
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS knowledge
  • Proven experience of supporting HR operations across Ireland
  • Experience supporting growth and serving as a strategic HR partner
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the challenges of scaling a business
  • Understand business plans, growth goals, and team structures
  • Develop strong relations with key leaders and stakeholders
