About Your New Job

  • As an Operator, you will operate various assembly and PCB production equipment and perform manual assembly of PCB’s and mechanical hardware.
  • You will be responsible for preparing components, applying adhesives and coatings, inspecting and reworking PCB’s, and performing operator-level machine maintenance.
  • You will set up equipment, carry out process-related measurements, complete production documentation, and follow SOPs, safety and housekeeping procedures.
  • You will use our ERP system to manage work orders and adhere to all quality and safety standards.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in assembly functions (PCBs/electronics manufacturing preferred)
  • Proven commitment to quality and production goals
  • Detail-oriented, strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Personable, adaptable, and able to work well with others
