About Your New Job

  • As the Parts Store Operative, you will be responsible for purchasing and ordering parts using the Audatex system.
  • You will update the computer system with information on ETA of orders and deliveries, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
  • You will receive and inspect incoming parts for quality, pricing accuracy, and damage, organise returns for incorrect or damaged parts, and arrange for credits with suppliers.
  • You will ensure all parts are safely stored, label shelves for easy locating, and update the computerised system.
  • You will issue parts to technicians, keep the store clean and organised, and follow all Company H&S regulations.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to accurately manage and maintain parts.
  • Effective communication skills to maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and knowledge of proper manual handling techniques.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Fluent English and a full clean Driver Licence.
